Is this training useful for any kind of athlete, for any sport?

Once you learn how to do the drills, for you to maintain a strong mindset, for you to keep up with your discipline, motivation, focus, positive self-image and etc, you must keep doing the drills, just like any other training. 20 minutes of your day will be enough.
