Yes, the Athlete Mentality Academy is for any kind of sport and athlete. Because it improves:

GABRIEL DEIENO

I am a specialist in mental training for sports. I graduated in psychology in the USA and fell in love with the mental performance field when I started searching for ways to become a better football player.

After finding out my true passion, in 2017, I started sharing my knowledge and dedicating my life to teaching athletes how to be more confident, disciplined, focused, and motivated to unleash their full potential on and off the field.

Throughout years of research about how the greatest athletes' minds work, using neuroscience and psychology, I gathered tools and developed a scientific method to help athletes become more successful in their objectives.

My methodology makes athletes cope with nervousness, pessimism, criticism, lack of confidence, motivation, and other sports challenges that get in the way of athletes that are building a professional career.

"If your methodology guarantees that I can get more confident, you mean that I have a chance to be one of the next elite athletes?"

YES. THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN.

Based on the athletes that I have worked with, the higher confidence they had, the higher the level they were playing. However, faking until you make it does not apply to mental toughness.

In a study testing the efficiency of "faking confidence", the results showed a significantly lower performance compared to those who had inner strong confidence.

IN SUMMARY, IF YOU ONLY FAKE YOUR CONFIDENCE THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT.

There are many more studies that show how important the mental side is, but I will show only another one that studied

NEYMAR'S BRAIN ACTIVATION WHILE PLAYING.

His brain has a lower activation in comparison to other athletes while doing the same skill, meaning it requires less effort for him to execute more complex skills than the average football player.  It's easier for him because his brain is better prepared for it.

AND THAT IS POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF A PROCESS CALLED MYELINATION, AND YOU CAN LEARN HOW TO USE THAT USING THE DRILLS IN THE ACADEMY.
